As you say, it is supposed to be fun and you have mainly hard work on your list.

How about an electric bike to get out on. I’m not suggesting you ride it in London. But I can see you cycling merrily down the Norfolk byways. Perhaps with a wicker basket full of picnic goodies.

I like them all! I had to have a front tooth pulled and had a temp bridge and lost 8 pounds. Nothing tasted right, had to cut everything I ate, no snacks. So go for all of them. I turned 73 and decided in March to regain my strength so I walk 2 miles (started at a half mile) 5 days a week and lift 5 pound weights in the evening in my recliner. It's good what you're doing! 😊❤️❤️❤️
